Remove homepage animation and unused demo assets - #3

Delete demo audio/video/pdf/plotly/html files, upstream readme_preview and lighthouse_results folders, unused stock project images, unused prof_pic_color.png, and the demo Jupyter notebook (saves ~5s per build). None of these were referenced anywhere on the site. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Drop the particle-network canvases and script; keep the dark hero panel, scroll reveals, and hover polish. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
