feat(fmt): end VT output with its trailing rows, and replay soft wraps - #2

Moves GHOSTTY_COMMIT from d266f39d9 to 42c228683 on https://github.com/aislopware/ghostty.git (aislopware/ghostty#2): VT output with unwrap replays soft wraps, with the semantic prompt state; wraparound and insert follow the contents; and the trailing_rows option ends VT output with its trailing blank rows. Co-Authored-By: Claude Code
FormatterOptions::with_trailing_rows asks VT output for the blank rows after the last one with text, so a replay into a fresh terminal of the same size has every row. with_unwrap now says what it does for VT, and with_semantic_prompt no longer says unwrap turns it off. Co-Authored-By: Claude Code

Pins ghostty to aislopware/ghostty#2 (42c228683) and regenerates the bindings: VT output with unwrap now replays soft wraps together with the semantic prompt state, wraparound and insert follow the contents, and the new
trailing_rowsoption ends VT output with its trailing blank rows.FormatterOptions::with_trailing_rows, with a test.with_unwrapsays what it does for VT;with_semantic_promptno longer says unwrap turns it off.Tests:
