Propagates the +5 skills from #860 (catalog 68 -> 73) to the doc surfaces the PR itself did not touch. - CHANGELOG.md: Added (5 new skills) + Changed (dashboard MCP/secrets wiring) - .claude/skills/aeon setup skill + references: skill-count literals brought current (65 -> 73; pack breakdown Dev 11 / Productivity 10). These were stale from a prior batch that only bumped the website mirror.
