…ADME Follow-up to the video-script SKILL.md (8134db6): regenerate the derived catalogs so the catalog CI gates (ci-skills-json, ci-packs-json, ci-readme-catalog) pass. Kept as a separate commit so the git-log-derived sha/updated resolve to the SKILL.md commit. - catalog/skills.json, catalog/packs.json: bin/generate-skills-json + generate-packs-json (68 skills; video-script joins the basics pack) - catalog/skill-icons.json + docs/assets/skill-icons/video-script.svg + apps/dashboard/lib/skill-icons.data.ts: add a video glyph, regenerate - .github/README.md: bump basics 16->17 and the 67->68 catalog counts, add video-script to the full-catalog table Co-authored-by: NurstarK <NurstarK@users.noreply.github.com>

New skill needs a lockfile baseline so the aeonfun#839 coverage gate ("lockfile covers every skill") passes. eyebrow scan --path . --lockfile eyebrowlock.json — video-script records clean (capabilities: {}, no findings; nothing else drifted).
