Removes the root
plugin/plugin.json(agent-plugins.org format, added in #964 for Kiro Powers). The Claude directory flags it on every scan (AGENT_PLUGINS_MANIFEST_DETECTED: Claude reads only .claude-plugin/plugin.json) and we are not listing on Kiro. Nothing else references it. The plugin now ships Claude Code and Codex manifests only;claude plugin validate --strict ./pluginpasses.
