docs(aeon skill): refresh ci-tests triggers and the new-skill gate count - #1185

ci-tests now fires on skills/**, harness-adapter/**, the messages, scheduler and chain-runner workflows and three dashboard lib files, so a new skill trips six gates, not four.

It now matches.github/workflows/ci-tests.yml:skills/**,scripts/**,bin/**,harness-adapter/**,aeon.yml, the aeon, messages, scheduler and chain-runner workflows, andapps/dashboard/lib/{constants,gateway-registry,harness-auth}.ts.ci-skill-category,ci-skills-json,ci-packs-json,ci-skill-integrity,ci-readme-catalog(viacatalog/skills.jsonandcatalog/packs.json) andci-tests(viaskills/**). Updated inci.mdandSKILL.md.plugin/skills/aeon/**;bash scripts/check-aeon-skill-sync.shpasses.
