#1572 a60aeea Thanks @GarthDB! - Point the second duplicate relationship at the mobile token in 17 components.

103 relationship records referenced the desktop token twice, so the mobile token was never
reachable through the relationship. The second record of each pair now references the token with
the same name and the mobile scale.

Components: accordion, combo-box, date-picker, drop-zone, list-view, menu, number-field, picker,
search-field, segmented-control, side-navigation, tag, tag-field, text-area, text-field, tooltip
and tree-view.

Spec:
- manifest.md overrides now says what the code already did: the override replaces the
  foundation record for that platform's graph (same key and uuid).
- query returns one record per token.
- Defines the in-memory markers overriddenBy and overriddenFrom. Legacy output omits them.
Core and WASM:
- An override no longer drops $schema, $valueType, lifecycle, description or
  conceptId. It changes only value or $ref.
- A replaced record carries overriddenBy ({platform} or {manifest}) and
  overriddenFrom (the foundation value, kept even after several overrides).
- Output with no platform is unchanged. With the iOS manifest, the three teal overrides
  now keep their $schema, uuid and private fields.

Two relationship records with the same scope, context and $ref leave the token's other scale
unreachable when the token has a scale counterpart. Validation now reports the second record and
names the counterpart. A repeated record on a token with no scale counterpart is not reported.
The current data has no such duplicates after the repoint in this PR.

#1573 6c59c1f Thanks @GarthDB! - Fix design-data figma export --platform dropping the other color-scheme modes of an
overridden token.
- An override record carries manifest.json as its file, so the exporter grouped it apart from
  its light and dark siblings and let it replace the whole variable.
- Overrides now group with their foundation siblings; the three iOS seafoam tokens keep their
  dark value.
- Exports without --platform are unchanged.
