Description

Adds the beads-jira-sync skill (weekly beads to Jira DNA sync, initiative labels, key lookups) and the sprint handling notes in AGENTS.md. New beads must now use --parent <epic> so work rolls up to an initiative. Also ignores local OpenCode setup in .gitignore and .awesome in docs/hub-prototype.

Related Issue

Tracked in bead spectrum-design-data-p6ga.9 (split of #1569 into reviewable PRs).

Motivation and Context

These four commits live on the draft visual recipes branch (#1569) but have nothing to do with recipes. Landing them on main now shrinks that PR and makes the sync workflow available to everyone.

How Has This Been Tested?

• pnpm install --frozen-lockfile, then pnpm ai:check: AI resources are valid.
• node tools/changeset-linter/src/cli.js check --fail-on-warnings: no changesets to lint.
• git diff pnpm-lock.yaml is empty.
