Changed logic for includeClassifierOnUberJar to include AEM 6.6.x versions.

Motivation and Context

Uber Jar dependency is incorrectly added for AEM 6.6.x

With 6.6.0 build breaks because matching jar file isn't published to Maven Central.

How Has This Been Tested?

Added 6.6.0 as a basic test.

Used archetype with aemVersion=6.5.20 and aemVersion=6.6.0 to generate project structure and verified results.
