Some information such as player class is not visible on HONORS. It would also be useful to have all character information presented in a more convenient place than having to traverse HONORS every time you want to learn which city someone is in.
Describe the solution you'd like
Oracle should maintain a name database containing all character information exposed by the json objects on the Achaea API. Ideally this ndb will asynchronously download character information in the background and update / save tables.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Asynchronous https support is difficult to implement with stock Lua. An alternative is to ship Oracle with wget and use that to make the downloads.
Additional context
If we decide to go the async route, we will probably have to use Fiendish's method outlined in this thread.
