Closes #27

Summary

  • Add a local backend seed command that writes deterministic veilend-db.json indexer read-model data.
  • Seed supported assets, user positions, and deposit/borrow/repay/withdraw history matching IndexerRepository.
  • Document how contributors can create demo data for dashboard and history endpoint development.

Validation

  • Seed output generated and parsed successfully.
  • Backend build passed.
  • Backend Jest suite passed: 31 tests.

Payout: Base USDC 0xe87b4889baeee4ed60a1b2bfc7b3a6a17bce4ad6
