CSS and JS for Zion skin on Vector

1. Download and place the files in a directory called ZionLookAndFeel in your extensions/ folder.

2. Add to LocalSettings.php:

$wgDefaultSkin = "vector-2022";
wfLoadExtension( 'ZionLookAndFeel' );
