A minimal C++ program that renders the classic Arch Linux logo as an animated colorful ASCII animation in the terminal.
iusearchbtw is a tiny single-file C++ program:
main.cpp: the complete source (~340 lines, C++17). It drops the terminal into raw mode, renders an animated, color-cycling Arch Linux ASCII logo, and restores terminal state cleanly on exit (SIGINT/SIGTERM).iusearchbtw: a pre-compiled binary for Arch Linux (x86-64), built withg++ -std=c++17 -O2 -Wall -Wextra. Run it directly; no installation required.archlogo.txt: a plain-text copy of the logo used by the program.
Run the pre-compiled binary directly:
./iusearchbtwPress Ctrl+C to exit — the terminal is restored to its original state.
Requires a C++17 compiler (e.g. GCC) and a POSIX terminal. From the source:
g++ -std=c++17 -O2 main.cpp -o iusearchbtwOr use the included Makefile:
make # build
make run # build and run
make clean # remove the binaryThis project is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0.
