Releases the scheduled-send discovery fix from #205, which landed on main after the 0.3.1 tag and so is not in any published package. Agents run the installed server, not main, so list_scheduled_sends keeps missing Outlook-UI-scheduled messages until this ships. fix(outlook): find scheduled sends outside Drafts, closing #204) merged asb83046d— after thev0.3.1tag atf40f7a2.0.3.1is already on npm without the fix, so there is no published artifact containing it. Since MCP clients run the installedemail-agent-mcpbinary rather than this branch,list_scheduled_sendskeeps missing Outlook-UI-scheduled messages in agent sessions until a new version ships.Patch bump: the only functional delta over 0.3.1 is a bug fix, no API change.
