ui: home floor (hero, live river and bubbles, trending)

Part 5 of 9 of the UI overhaul, stacked on #61. Each PR's diff is only its own step; review and merge in order.

The home page as a live floor.

What changes

• Hero: the live totals panel (launch count large, four tiles, the per-chain breakdown in a popover so the hero never shifts), chain logos, and a flickering grid backdrop.
• The river: a live feed or a bubble map (d3-force, sized by activity), switchable. A just-launched strip under it.
• Trending as a rail: the leader marked (amber beam and crown) and why each token ranks (different wallets, then trades). The pair shows as a brand badge or the quote's symbol.
• The posts column (compact feed in a sidebar card) and the why-free strip.
• New dependency: d3-force (and its types).

Checks on this branch: lint, tsc --noEmit, npm test (868 pass, 0 fail, 10 skipped), next build.
