OpenClaude is not invoking Bash/terminal

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable full access mode, dangerously skip permissions, manually allow "Bash" in tools.
   2.Type in chat to execute a task involving commands, like building a project

Expected Behavior

Bash/Terminal mode should be invoked, proceeded by executing terminal commands

Actual Behavior

I get a reply with instrucitons how to execute the bash commands. Sometimes it says that it failed to invoke Bash.
