Truth-Integrity v0.2 — Completion Slice

Completes the public contract and machine-discovery surfaces around the already merged claim-release and governed correction behavior.

Added

• JSON Schema for claim-release assessments
• conformance fixture and required-semantics registration
• participant evidence inspection under ordinary READ authority
• public API documentation for release, correction assessment, governed uptake and inspection
• compatibility language for additive v0.2 behavior
• machine-readable manifest discovery for v0.2

Relational inspection boundary

A participant with READ authority for truth-integrity:evidence may inspect the represented evidence references used by the integrity surface.

This does not:

• authenticate the external source;
• grant DISCLOSE;
• bypass consent/privacy;
• create truth authority.

The inspection decision is itself audited.

Compatibility

No event-schema or projection-version bump is proposed. Governed correction application uses existing ClaimDisputed projection behavior plus a projection-neutral CorrectionUptakeApplied audit event.

Conformance additions

• attested support required for factual release
• composite weakest-link behavior
• correction uptake requires current ACT authority
• warranted correction changes canonical claim state
• exact propagation set is recomputed before mutation
• evidence inspection requires READ

Gate

Draft until CI passes. After CI, run a final v0.2 adversarial audit before declaring the capability complete.

Sarasha remains merge authority.
