Warning

Demo purpose only. No automatic installer, so manual setup required for installing.
Known issue: OCR text extraction does not work well on characters over vibrant backgrounds.

Before you start

• Linux: Use the AppImage for the best experience.

• macOS:

  • Use oshot-macos-arm64-v0.4.3.zip (requires Metal). If it fails, try the x86_64 build.
  • Watch the setup video before launching:

• All platforms:
  • Tweak with the config.toml, for example change the fonts strings
  • Follow the (?) tooltips inside the app.
