Strips the 'this block was injected into your memory / recommendation only / answer directly is valid' transparency+opt-out text that lab evidence showed Claude models use to justify declining the directive. Keeps the imperative pilot-director-first workflow and the pilot:begin/end machine markers (needed for idempotent update + skills-disable cleanup).
