0.3.0 - 1.19.2 and Colors

Important: This will be the last release of Iteminator posted to GitHub. Future releases will be posted on its Modrinth page because that platform is better suited for releasing plugins. (Also, I'm a bit lazy and don't feel like posting to multiple places.) So, if you'd like to stay up-to-date, be sure to follow the plugin there!

I've still got some issues to iron out before the plugin is ready to release. Until then, it's still perfectly usable, and I'd recommend everyone give it a try.
