Enhance your Visual Studio experience with Windows materials
Mica Visual Studio provides four different materials to apply as the backdrop of any window:
- Mica
- Tabbed
- Acrylic
- (Solid) Glass

To select which material you use as your backdrop, use the Tools > Backdrop submenu.
- Visual Studio 2026 or later
- Windows 11 or later
