GitHub Actions Auto Label 워크플로의 권한 설정을 테스트합니다.
현재 PR 생성 시 제목 및 작성자 정보를 기반으로 라벨을 자동 부여하도록 구현되어 있으나, 403 Resource not accessible by integration 오류가 발생하여 라벨이 정상적으로 추가되지 않는 문제가 있습니다.
이번 작업에서는 권한 설정을 수정하고, Auto Label이 정상적으로 동작하는지 머지 후에 다음 PR(구글 소셜 로그인)을 올리며 확인할 예정입니다.
