0.3.2: HEY main commands, upstream drift check, send outcomes, review gaps

Prepares hey-axi 0.3.2 (version bumped and changelog entry added; not published).

1. HEY main commands (unreleased, basecamp/hey-cli main @ 8bf9310, 2026-10-03)

• src/manifest.json regenerated by building HEY from main and running hey commands --json + hey <command> --help (hey_version: 1.7.0+main.8bf9310). Regenerating it with HEY v1.7.0 gives back the 0.3.1 manifest byte for byte.
• New: contact deliver <contact-id> --to imbox|feed|papertrail|screened-out (--to required, values checked before HEY runs); event delete --occurrence + --apply-to current|future (must go together). screener clear description changed; 33 commands have help-text-only changes. 155 runnable paths (was 154).
• Safety: contact deliver is classified like the other contact mutations; event delete --occurrence not-found is never treated as "already deleted". Installed HEY older than the catalog → kind: hey_outdated.
• README/CHANGELOG/skill say "v1.7.0 plus the commands on HEY main as of 2026-10-03 (unreleased)".

2. axi-sdk-js 0.1.12 → 0.1.13

• Its only change: the generated OpenCode plugin loads on OpenCode 2. hey-axi's own session-end OpenCode plugin had the same OpenCode-1-only export, so it now has both formats too. Re-running hey-axi setup hooks updates installed plugins in place.

3. Upstream drift + HEY main send changes

• scripts/check-drift.js (npm run check-drift, npm run manifest:main) builds HEY from basecamp/hey-cli and diffs its commands/flags against the manifest (readable diff, exits 1; help-text changes listed, fail only with --strict).
• .github/workflows/manifest-drift.yml → upstream drift: daily + on manifest/scripts changes + manual; warns when HEY tags a newer release.
• Sends: sent: true + delivered id/topic_id; Undo Send delayed: true → held notice; code: not_delivered → kind: not_delivered, sent: false, draft id; recipients HEY would drop are refused up front (exit 2); HEY's "not a valid email address" → sent: false, exit 2. Fixtures captured from real HEY main and v1.7.0 builds against a local mock API.

4. Catalog review gaps (0.3.1)

• Home view says "nothing" only when HEY says there are no more pages (otherwise suggests --all).
• Generic error fallback shows usage + example (or hey-axi doctor) instead of --help.
• seen 2 is only a no-op when HEY's message is about id 2 / every requested id.
• Error cleanup drops library names mid-sentence and non-HEY code values.

Checks

• npm test: 172 pass, 0 fail (was 143); npm run skill:check clean; node --check on all JS; check-drift --source <hey-cli main>: identical.
