- removed unused test variable from ManagedReference.extension.js and conceptual.html.primary.js - added scrollspy to get active class on right affix menu for styling - fixed none working links in main menu - moved breadcrumbs - added div around "updated" / "applies to" content to be able to style if any is present - js lint fixes - changed text color on docfx menu - changed color on active items in left and right menus - altered spacing in markdown content area - apply min height to docfx and breadcrumb menu to prevent "jumping" header on page load - added styles for "applies to" icons - altered toc.ts to also include current page for breadcrumbs

- add empty toc.md to kb folder - aling header and footer with hubspot - hide toc actionbar with no items - main menu as container, main menu styles and search localization - update main menu button text - hide TOC menu with no items inside on the mobile layout - remove duplicate code to avoid hightlight again error - make sure scrollspy instance exists before refresh - update URL:s like TabularEditorDocs

- alter toc menu - update documentation - render in this article menu different if article contains multiple H1 tags - alter appearance of enum class part from dl to table - update some border styles and code font color - disable nav bar
