- dev 4c8d8c8 移除了 backend-tests.yml 的 gate 聚合任务 - tools/backend-workflow.test.py 仍在断言 gate 存在，导致 Full backend suite 对任何 PR/推送都报 IndexError - 保留 frontend / marketplace-contract 任务本身的检查，去掉已不存在的 gate 断言

Full backend suite对任何 PR/推送都失败（在干净的origin/dev上可复现），与具体改动无关。修复
gate:断言frontend与marketplace-contract任务本身的配置断言（node 版本、webkit tag、postgres 服务、race 测试命令等）..._job_is_configured，与新工作流结构一致验证
origin/dev（4c8d8c87e）上运行python3 tools/backend-workflow.test.py：5/5 通过
