The repository has moved to the StacDev GitHub organization. This PR updates all references to point at the new home:
pubspec.yaml—homepageandrepositorynow point tohttps://github.com/StacDev/flutter_validators(also fixes the previous URLs, which were missing the trailings).README.md— banner image, CI badge, stars badge, and the issues link repointed toStacDev/flutter_validators.LICENSE— copyright holder updated toStacDev.No code or behavior changes.
