Using the CLI to add notes without deploy

Both.

What is the current behaviour?

It looks like current CLI/Node.js doesn't support the "notes" content type: https://support.speedcurve.com/reference/add-a-note

I could add a note via the deploys, but some notes are not related to an actual deploy, and should not trigger a test run.

What is the expected behaviour?

I would like to be able to add notes from the CLI or Node.js client.

It's been awhile I can see; but I also would welcome this feature request. Currently i'm having to use vanilla javascript to send a fetch request to add a deployment note - which is fine - but would be nice if this was available in the speedcurve-cli package!
