Records a reproducible engineering assessment from a fresh-clone install and test run: - Critical: morphogen run/check crash on every real .morph program (TypeChecker missing 11 AST visitor methods: visit_use, visit_flow, visit_function, ...). Runtime itself is unaffected. - High: no end-to-end CLI test over examples/*.morph, which let the above ship alongside a green suite. - Medium: undeclared test/dev deps (Pillow, scipy, pytest-benchmark) and 10 stray root-level test scripts. Includes reproduction steps, root cause, local test summary (1611 passed / 213 skipped / 20 benchmark-fixture errors), and a ranked next-steps table.
