Add progressive reveal tooling to improve documentation discoverability and utility. Enables users to explore 29 documentation files incrementally at their own pace. New files: - DOCUMENT_EXPLORER_GUIDE.md: Complete guide for progressive doc exploration - 4 revelation levels (metadata → structure → preview → full) - Persona-specific journeys (new users, developers, decision-makers, researchers) - Common workflows and usage examples - Complete 29-file documentation inventory - scripts/explore_docs.sh: Automated exploration script - 7 categories (essential, developer, features, strategic, security, spec, meta) - Configurable revelation levels (0-3) - Colored output with clear navigation - Help system with examples - DOCUMENTATION_ORGANIZATION_SUMMARY.md: Implementation summary - Complete overview of all documentation organization work - Usage examples and testing results - Metrics and success criteria Modified files: - README.md: Add Progressive Reveal CLI section to Quick Start - Installation instructions - Basic usage examples - Link to complete explorer guide Benefits: - Improved discoverability: Clear paths for different user personas - Reduced cognitive load: Progressive revelation prevents information overload - Better for AI/LLM context: Minimal token usage with level 0/1 - Systematic exploration: Automated script for comprehensive review - Enhanced developer UX: Fast, powerful tools with grep filtering The Progressive Reveal CLI tool (already in tools/progressive-reveal-cli) is now fully documented and integrated into the documentation workflow.
