This removes the signed-price stack (a publisher-signed multi-pair price store plus a per-market adapter exposing it to Morpho Blue's IOracle), leaving the DIA vault-oracle adapter stack as the single stack. The signed-price validate-the-NAV-ratio model is not the right shape for a shared oracle; NAV pricing moves to an on-chain-derivation model handled in the pricing stack. Future oracle adapters follow the DIA pattern. Removed: ST0xPriceOracle, MorphoPairAdapter, their two beacon-set deployers, IOracle, the signed-price deploy suite and its CI inputs, and all associated tests and mocks.
