Plain-Markdown mirror of the customer-facing Telemetry & Privacy page (documentation/client/telemetry.md): anonymous daily usage ping, full InstancePing field list, what is never collected, default-by- tier posture, collection-vs-dashboards carve-out, cadence, retention (13 months), contact/data-deletion mailbox (sales@softclient4es.com). Daily-ping opt-out is softclient4es.telemetry.enabled = false (Story 15.2 A8), disambiguated from the pre-existing softclient4es.license.telemetry.enabled (license-refresh metrics only). Index links added to client/README.md and sql/README.md; a Telemetry opt-out note + link added to adbc_driver.md, arrow_flight_sql.md, and repl.md.
