The assumed walk speed is hardcoded in [Line 42](https://github.com/SANDAG/ABM/blob/main/src/asim/scripts/resident/resident_preprocessing.py#L42) of resident_preprocessing.py. It should probably somehow be read from abm3_settings.yaml.
