roboC00p is a student collective focused on building an autonomous service robot designed to assist in hospital environments.
Our mission is to explore how robotics can support healthcare by automating simple but essential tasks, improving accessibility, and enhancing everyday interactions between humans and machines.
We design and experiment with robotic systems capable of:
- Autonomous navigation in indoor spaces.
- Assisting people with reduced mobility or visual impairments.
- Transporting light equipment.
- Interacting safely with humans.
Our work revolves around creating a reliable, human-centered robotic assistant.
Healthcare environments face increasing pressure.
roboC00p aims to show how robotics can support medical staff, reduce repetitive workload, and contribute to more inclusive and accessible spaces.
The robot is meant to act as an assistant, not a replacement.
This project is developed as part of an academic program at HETIC
(Hautes Études des Technologies de l’Information et de la Communication).
It serves as our end-of-year academic defense project.
