Fixes the sticky unsubscribed members view overlapping with the floaty button and obscuring table view content in the event list users view controller.

This commit addresses layout and visibility issues with the sticky view displaying participants added on-site:
- Makes the container background opaque white and adds a slight top shadow to separate it visually from the table list.
- Explicitly sets height constraints on the cells added to the UIStackView to fix truncated text.
- Adjusts view hierarchy to insert the stack view below the Floaty add button, ensuring it's not hidden.
- Adjusts table view contentInset dynamically based on the height of the sticky view so list content isn't obscured.
