Upgrade to ImGui 1.92.7 to support loading Arcdps plugins and sharing the context.
This also allows to deprecate some systems like the font manager.
Backwards compatibility must be ensured.
The biggest issue to solve will be rendering the OptionsRender callback within a different context.
