Adds a manifest-driven zero-shot SER evaluator that reads raw SenseVoice emotion tags, reports UA/WA plus a confusion map, and documents the CASIA/RAVDESS reproduction contract. Validation: 39 local tests passed; Python compilation, diff check, verified SSH signature, and DCO completed.
