Add labels to: * `developer/debugging/vm-interface.rst` * `developer/services/qfilecopy.rst` * `developer/services/qrexec.rst` * `user/advanced-topics/disposable-customization.rst` * `user/reference/tools.rst` This will be useful for the rewrite of the how-to transfert files and edit a policy. Some minor editions have been made at the same time for accuracy and consistency: * Replace qrexec service list by a definition list with internal references, to allow easier cross-referencing * clarify "disposable template" when appropriate * Proper see also section with better links and descriptions. Missing references could be solved by: QubesOS/qubes-core-admin-client#489
