Hey there @raybellwaves, thanks for opening up this PR. A few suggestions and we can merge it!

• Could you add the .md file location to the _toc.yml file so it appears in the table of contents.
• Most of the chapters have Overview and Prerequisites sections that give the chapter a little bit on context. It might help explaining a bit about Kerchunk's auto_dask, when to use it, some potential stumbling blocks etc.
