Impossible to retrieve default image width and height attributes from fileupload field

Hi,

Currently, it is impossible to retrieve width and height attributes for the default image when using fileupload field.
Width and height seems to be at 0 for the default image.

I have it on svg file too. Size is defined at 0.

edit: I implemented this quickly to make it work for me with global settings. It wasn't applied to blocks, the code may need to be improved, but as an integrator I'm limited in proposing a PR at this level.
