- downgrade checkout and setup-go actions
- add debug job to verify environment state
- downgrade checkout and setup-go actions - add debug job to verify environment state
- update go version to 1.26 in ci.yml and go.mod - switch from caching binary to using golangci/golangci-lint-action v6
- change action version from v6 to v7
