Fix Parashield Frontend Issues (#580, #581, #582, #583)

This PR addresses four assigned issues related to UI/UX, accessibility, and performance improvements across the Parashield frontend.

Changes Made

The following atomic commits have been implemented:

• UX: Show minimum coverage amount in ProductCard (closes [ux] ProductCard does not show min coverage amount #580)
  • Added a new Min Coverage field to the statistics grid inside ProductCard for clearer policy details.
• Bug: Clear SearchBar on navigation to homepage (closes [bug] SearchBar does not clear when navigating back to homepage #581)
  • Integrated usePathname from next/navigation to detect route changes and properly reset the search query state when returning to the homepage.
• A11y: Add aria-pressed to CategoryFilter buttons (closes [a11y] CategoryFilter buttons missing aria-pressed attribute #582)
  • Added the aria-pressed attribute to the category buttons to properly indicate their active/inactive state to screen readers.
• Perf: Prevent CompareModal re-renders via memoization (closes [perf] CompareModal renders all product details even when only 2 products selected #583)
  • Wrapped CompareModal in React.memo and passed a memoized onClose handler to prevent unnecessary re-renders of the modal.

Testing

• Verified ProductCard visually includes both Min Coverage and Max Coverage.
• Verified that returning to / properly clears the SearchBar input.
• Verified standard accessibility for the CategoryFilter toggle buttons.
• Verified the CompareModal handles toggling and comparisons performantly without excess component updates.
