Computing a time-step with a CFL condition on the Whistler velocity computed from fluid density makes the time step strongly oscillate, as observed on a harris hybrid 2D case. This is probably due to the noise in the fluid moments.
We need to find a better way to do adaptive time-stepping in hybrid.
