There are just six classes with two labels in ORDO:
AnnotationAssertion(rdfs:label ORDO:Orphanet_377788 "Disease"@en)
AnnotationAssertion(rdfs:label ORDO:Orphanet_377789 "Malformation syndrome"@en)
AnnotationAssertion(rdfs:label ORDO:Orphanet_377790 "Biological anomaly"@en)
AnnotationAssertion(rdfs:label ORDO:Orphanet_377791 "Morphological anomaly"@en)
AnnotationAssertion(rdfs:label ORDO:Orphanet_377792 "Clinical syndrome"@en)

These trip up OBO parsers needlessly (as they do not allow more than one label on a class). This is not per-se wrong, but why are there only six classes with two labels, and the labels are (aside from capital first letter and @en language tag) the exact same?
