- Simplified scripts/seedDatabase.ts with large deletions.
- Reworked src/engine/answerGenerator.ts and cleaned src/engine/answerFormatter.ts.
- Updated engine flow in src/engine/conversationManager.ts, src/engine/copilotEngine.ts, and src/engine/
followUpEngine.ts.
- Adjusted scope/reference logic in handler modules like src/engine/handlers/incident/referenceHandler.ts, src/engine/
handlers/service/referenceHandler.ts, and src/engine/handlers/team/referenceHandler.ts.
- Tweaked scoping utilities in src/engine/planRefiner.ts, src/engine/scopeInferer.ts, and src/engine/handlers/utils.ts.
- Updated types in src/types.ts.
- Aligned tests across tests/engine/**, and removed tests/executionTracer.test.ts.
