This draft PR allows for up to four advanced SOCD slots. Each slot allows you to customize the behaviour on the up + down and left + right SOCD triggers. This allows for combinations like `up wins` as well as left + right `last wins` etc. Each advanced SOCD can be assigned to hotkeys and also to GPIO directly.
