AgentResetCondenserfor OpenHands/software-agent-sdk#4916.The guide and architecture pages explain settings-based tool assembly, direct Agent requirements, model-written handoff, ordinary file notes, batch/input protection, and a single outer summary rescue with the existing finite internal retries.
