This PR adds support for GCMC simulations on the OpenCL platform, which is now supported by
loch. The update also adds some improvements to the GPU memory footprint estimation for repex simulations. This now works for both CUDA and OpenCL and correctly takes into account existing memory on the GPU, which was incorrectly ignored in the existing implementation.
