更新绘世学院与珠星大厦地图、特殊点及锄大地路线

更新内容

• 补充绘世学院的星轨之兔和「二次元JUMP!」特殊点。
• 添加珠星大厦地图、4 个传送点实际落地坐标、7 个「二次元JUMP!」和星轨之兔。
• 添加珠星大厦两条锄大地路线。
• YAML 中保留 template_id_aliases，用于未来支持同一特殊点的完成与未完成图标；本次暂不提交对应源码改动。
• 当前仅测试过所有「二次元JUMP!」均已完成、使用 mm_sp_29 图标时的运行情况。
