result of "Reset user's votes" is not clear

In the admin UI for an evaluator, it is not clear what happens when they "Reset user's votes" is clicked, nothing in the UI changes.

We could show the number of voice credits used, this would go to 0 when the button is clicked. It would also allow an admin to see which people have started voting, and which have not.
