• pack: locale packs now extract files with the locale extension (i.e 'en', 'jp'), included in file names, matching behavior seen on the switch version of FFT, aswell as unpacked file loading behavior in FFXVI.
  For instance if a locale pack i.e 0007.en.pac contained nxd/ui.nxd , it would extract as nxd/ui.nxd, where accurate should be nxd/ui.en.nxd. This behavior is now followed.
